READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING This is a legally binding agreement. By signing you give up substantial legal rights. Do not sign until you have read and fully understood every section.
1. PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT This Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Claims, and Indemnity Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned participant ("Participant") and LMTL3SS Offroad, its organizers, agents, volunteers, trail guides, sponsors, and all affiliated individuals and entities (collectively "Released Parties"), in connection with participation in the 3rd Annual Camp N Crawl offroad event held November 13–15, 2025 in Florence, Arizona, including all trail runs, camping activities, evening events, and any related activities (collectively the "Event").
2. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND INHERENT RISKS Participant acknowledges that the Event involves offroad vehicle operation on unimproved trails, rocky terrain, steep grades, loose surfaces, water crossings, and technical obstacles including but not limited to: Highway to Hell, Upper Woodpecker, Box Canyon, LOD (Land of Destruction), Ajax Trail, Axle Alley, Bad Medicine, Elvis Trail, and other designated routes in the Florence,

BY COMPLETING REGISTRATION AND PURCHASING A TICKET YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS BELOW. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that offroad vehicle operation involves inherent risks including serious injury, death, vehicle damage, rollover, mechanical failure, collisions, extreme weather, remote location emergencies, and night driving conditions. These risks exist on all trails including Highway to Hell, Upper Woodpecker, Box Canyon, LOD, Ajax Trail, Axle Alley, Bad Medicine, and Elvis Trail. I voluntarily assume ALL risks.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE LMTL3SS Offroad, its organizers, agents, volunteers, trail guides, and sponsors (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in this event, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE.
3. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all Released Parties from any claims, costs, damages, or attorney's fees arising from my participation, including third party claims resulting from my actions or vehicle operation.
4. VEHICLE & EQUIPMENT
I confirm my vehicle is mechanically sound, properly insured, legally registered, and equipped with recovery gear. I hold a valid driver's license.
5. EVENT RULES
I agree to follow all trail guide instructions, maintain group position, operate within my skill level, consume no alcohol during trail runs, and comply with all Leave No Trace requirements including Sunday cleanup.
6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed and acknowledge remote location response delays.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, Pinal County jurisdiction.
BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR COMPLETING REGISTRATION YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS ABOVE. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING A MINOR YOU AGREE ON THEIR BEHALF AS PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
